Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Thlynn LLC DBA Rapid Glass. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Thlynn LLC DBA Rapid Glass (the smart glass film and components).
1. Warranty Period:
This warranty is valid for a period of 5 Years from the date of purchase.
2. Coverage:
a. Defects in Materials and Workmanship: We warrant that our PDLC smart film products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This includes any malfunction or failure of the smart film components.
b. Performance Assurance: Our smart film is guaranteed to maintain its specified performance characteristics throughout the warranty period. This includes optical clarity, switching speed, and durability under normal operating conditions.
c. Adhesive Performance: The adhesive used in our PDLC smart film is guaranteed to adhere effectively to the specified surfaces during the warranty period, ensuring proper functionality and longevity.
d. Electrical Components: We assure the proper functioning of all electrical components within the smart film, including control systems and wiring, during the warranty period.
3. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:
a. Misuse: Any installation that does not adhere to the provided installation guidelines or misuse of the PDLC smart film will void the warranty. This includes scratches or damages caused by the customer after installation has been completed.
b. Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Any attempt to modify or repair the smart film by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
c. Acts of Nature, Accidents, or External Causes: Damages resulting from natural disasters, accidents, or external factors beyond our control are not covered by this warranty.
d. Environmental Factors: This warranty does not cover damages caused by exposure to extreme environmental conditions such as excessive heat, cold, humidity, or corrosive substances.
e. Third-Party Accessories: Any damages or malfunctions caused by the use of non-approved third-party accessories or components are not covered.
4. Claim Procedure:
Customers must adhere to the following procedure to make a warranty claim:
a. Provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and their order number.
b. Notify THLYNN (DBA Rapid Glass Atx) within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
c. Schedule an inspection by authorized technicians or follow remote diagnostic procedures as instructed by THLYNN (DBA Rapid Glass Atx).
5. Remedy:
Upon validation of a valid warranty claim, THLYNN (DBA Rapid Glass Atx) will, at its discretion:
a. Repair the defective product using genuine replacement parts.
b. Replace the defective product with a new or equivalent product.
c. Refund the original purchase price.
If a specific product is no longer available, THLYNN (DBA Rapid Glass Atx) will provide an equivalent product of equal or greater value.
6. Limitation of Liability:
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall THLYNN (DBA Rapid Glass Atx) be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our PDLC smart film.
7. Technical Support:
Throughout the warranty period, customers are entitled to access technical support services provided by THLYNN (DBA Rapid Glass Atx). This includes assistance with troubleshooting, installation guidance, and software updates.
8. Disclaimer:
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for our PDLC smart film and its electrical components, and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
Do not leave in the transparent mode for longer than 36 hours consecutively.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Deadline
1.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted to Thlynn LLC DBA Rapid Glass customer service no later than 2 days after paying the deposit.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. If a cancellation request is received within the specified cancellation deadline, a full refund will be issued to the customer within 5 to 7 business days.
2.2. If a cancellation request is received after the specified cancellation deadline, no refund of the deposit will be issued.
3. Rescheduling
3.1. Customers may request to reschedule their installation, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.
4. Force Majeure
4.1. In the event that the customer is unable to fulfill their obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen events (collectively, "Force Majeure Events"), the customer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the installation without liability. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided, subject to availability.
5. No-Show Policy
5.1. If a customer fails to show up for a scheduled service without providing prior notice and does not contact Thlynn LLC DBA Rapid Glass Atx, no refund will be issued, and a rescheduling fee will be added to the final purchasing price.
6. Termination by Thlynn LLC DBA Rapid Glass
6.1. Thlynn LLC DBA Rapid Glass reserves the right to terminate this agreement and cancel the service at any time due to non-compliance with the terms and conditions outlined herein or for any other valid reason. In such cases, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Thlynn LLC DBA Rapid Glass.
